Shipping Policy


Please allow 1 day (weekdays and minus holidays) to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day (weekdays not including holidays) to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up Monday-Saturday  from 10-5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.



During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within [insert distance] of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.


Orders placed before 2pm during store hours 10-5pm will be delivered the same day(Mon-Friday). Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.


When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.



Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail. Flat rate shipping fee of £2.99-£4.99 applies to orders shipping to UK/Ireland



For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £2.99-4.99 for uk/ROI

There is free shipping for the UK on orders over £75  as well as ROI Free dleicery on orders over £130, this may change at times with special offers/trials





We offer international shipping to the following countries: Europe and USA


 These rates are calculated at checkout from £14.99 onwards, you may be charged customs based on price not including UK/ROI




We accept returns up to 30days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, or if free deliver we will also minus £4.99. Returns are upto the cost of the customer not the company


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
