Payment taken but item never arrived

Extremely unhappy with this company they’ve taken my payment back in April but the product never arrived and they’ve not responded to my many emails phone calls and chats. I’ve raised the issue with my bank who are investigating this scam company!

No stars - Item never received and no response from GLS

Ordered cute shirt over month ago for my nephew. I had a dispatch email but no delivery details and it never showed up. I have tried to contact GLS so many times by txt and email but no reply. Seems I’m not the only one if you look at Facebook reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE from this website!!
